Friday Roundabout 1/31/20

By Paul Anthony
This week has been a tough week in sports, in entertainment and everything else. I wanted to start this blog off with the death of a basketball legend and that is Kobe Bryant, who as we all know was killed in a helicopter crash this past Sunday but the news got worse as the hours went on and we find out that 8 other people lost their lives in this crash including his very own daughter who was only 13 years old. The helicopter crashed into a mountain in California on a foggy day. The helicopter lacked a system that could have detected the mountain in the poor visibility that the pilot could have used to avoid the crash. Kobe was a real talent among the greats, in fact he went up against the best of the best in their primes to show how great he was. He won 5 championships, two without Shaq once he left and people felt Kobe was nothing without Shaq. He grew as a player and a man from being cocky player then he torn his Achilles heal and came back a more intelligent basketball player, he refused to let the game pass him by. he will surely be missed so will the rest of victims of that crash.
Linda Hamilton recently said that she would be happy to be done with the Terminator franchise. Well I can’t blame her, I think she was the best part of Dark Fate. Sure the film wasn’t completely bad but no doubt it had to leave a sour taste in her mouth that she returned for the first time since part 2 and the movie was still a flop. If she truly wants to be done then she can be and it would be wise for her to leave because it seems like this franchise is sinking now.
This past week rapper/ actor/ producer Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson received his Hollywood Star on the Walk of Fame. I been a fan of 50 cent since he signed with shady back in 2002, but I never realized he was truly a talent where he was making a name for himself outside of Rap. he started to act which he grew at and then he became a producer and director. Hard to believe that this guy could be so much more then a Rapper. Big Congrats to him!
You ever think “hey I should play video games for a living?” but you have to think how much could a professional gamer make? yeah try 17 million dollars in one year heck the top ten range from 6 million to 17 million of course. The Highest one of course is Tyler “Ninja” Blevins. I feel like I am in the wrong business here. Who would have known playing video games could make you so much money.
The Witcher Season 1 Review
By Paul Anthony
When The Game Of Thrones ended I did feel lost in some ways because it was one of my favorite shows and it grew on me. Then I heard Netflix was doing a show that was almost like that and the show would be based on a book series called The Witcher. Like Game of Thrones I never read the books so I wasn’t too sure if I would be into this series or not. Then It was released and I started to see everyone talk about it and of course I had to watch it and give it a try to see what the hype was about. Now I have to ask myself was the hype worth it? Could this fill the void that Game Of Thrones left behind?
The show does different from Game Of Thrones where the main characters which are three of them nearly chooses the paths they go on because of their abilities except the youngest of the three where the main characters of G.O.T didn’t really have a choice. The One thing I found to be almost annoying with show is the time jump with the stories of the main characters. First we have the true main character Geralt of Rivia, played by Henry Cavill. Geralt is a Witcher who hunts monsters and magic creatures of that nature. We are told that a Witcher has special abilities to fight these magic beings. He linked by destiny to princess Cirilla “Ciri”, who is the crown princess of Cintra. She to has magical powers that she receives from her grandmother, the powers skipped Ciri’s mother. Then we have a half elf and half human but is deformed because of it, she learns to become a mage and at the cost of fertility she rids herself of her deformity. Sooner rather then later these three will cross paths and we learn how they will do it.
Each episode follows the characters but what we learn through out the season is that there is a time hop. So one character could be in a different time period then another character. In Season one Geralt’s stories happen over a 12-15 year period and Ciri’s is more like a month and Yennefer of Vengerberg, happens over a 70 year period. I won’t lie it does get confusing so watching every scene is important and have pay attention to detail. I do love a show that makes you think and pay attention.
Now the show isn’t without flaws though. Character development was at a weak point, the back and forth with the characters didn’t really help the cause with the development. They did say they will fix this problem in season two so at least they know. Now certain costumes that people were wearing did look like the creative department were lazy but once again they saw their problem and heard the reviews. I do like this show overall and minus those few things I am giving it a good 80 percent and recommend you giving it a try, only sad thing is we have to wait until beginning of next year to see season 2!
Box office Rundown 1/27/2020

By Paul Anthony
Welcome to another week of seeing where the box office went this week. Now we know Bad Boys For Life would take number 1 at the box office in it’s second week without a problem. If you predicted that then you would be right. Now last week I predicted Dolittle to start to fall after it’s debut at number 3 well the good news that id didn’t job in position because in it’s second week it came in as number 3 just 3 million behind the war movie 1917. This past week we had two new movies that jumped in the race and the one was called The Gentlemen which I figured to come in at number 2 turns out it couldn’t beat Dolittle and came in at number 4. Another opening film The Turning came in at number 6. I had it coming in at number 3. Now we do have two new films coming into play this week asĀ and those films are Gretel and Hansel and The Rhythm Section. With A week box office week I predict a few changes but nonetheless I believe bad Boys will take the number 1 spot again but Let’s look at the current top ten and my predictions for the next week!
- Bad Boys For Life, 34 million
- 1917, 15.800 million
- Dolittle, 12.500 million
- The Gentlemen, 11.030 million
- Jumanji: The next Level, 7.900 million
- The Turning, 7.300 million
- Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker, 5.173 million
- Little Women, 4.700 million
- Just Mercy, 4.055 million
- 10.Knives Out, 3.650 million.
Now Here are my predictions
- Bad Boys For Life
- 1917
- Gretel and Hansel
- Dolittle
- Jumanji: The Next Level
- Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker
- The Turning
- Just Mercy
- The Rhythm Section
- Knives Out
Boa vs. Python Movie Review

By: Justin Hopkins
**SPOILER WARNING**
Ā This was a challenging. Made multiple changes and started at least four other movies only to change my mind and seek out another B Movie. None of which seemed right. Wanting to find one that was more fun, after the last two more serious toned movies, Jacob’s Ladder and 88. Than, I found it, Boa Vs. Python. I loved Boa and Python, and surely having the two together, would be just the type of movie I was looking for. Was it worth all of that, or should I have kept looking? Let’s dive in and see shall we.
The movie starts out with these two, clear villains of the movie, Broddick and girlfriend Eve, at some underground fighting ring. Excited, because the package he was expecting, was in it’s final leg of delivery. Of course, it doesn’t make it. Turns out to be the giant python, that escapes into axis tunnels of a water treatment plant. While a local reporter believes that the accident has to do with terrorists. FBI Agent Sharpe, puts together what happened and seeks out two experts. One, Monica Bonds, an underwater biologist, maybe.. who works with dolphins and the use of camera and gps on animals, and Emmet, Herpetologist who has grown a massive Boa Constrictor. Who was working with her, to create a universal snake venom toxin. Shape’s plan, use his Boa to track and take out the Python. Meanwhile, we learn that Broddick was planning on using the Python to hunt for himself and several rich investors and he has the hunt moved to where the snake escaped, and I will leave it there.
The story suffers massively on two fronts. One, a major pacing issue. It takes a long time for anything to really happen. We meet the go through meeting the characters, which is fine, but we spend so much time with them, with only a little bit of Python action sprinkled in, because they keep the other have of the fight, in surgery getting her equipment attached to her head. Than, when things are starting to look good. They stop for a setting change, and this is where the next problem rears its ugly face into play, and the characters show to be the dumbest of all time, and every bit of it, is centered around the Broddick character. They arrest him, in the services tunnels, but have him, in the main tent, without even being handcuffed, and he actually slips away while everyone is standing there, gets into a tank, and drives away, like it was nothing. Not one highly trained soldier, sees who is nothing more than a rich, big game hunter, get out of the tent, and into a tank. I don’t like to point out when characters make bad choices. A list movies do it all the time, and this is a B Movie, but no. This is one level to much. Everyone came across as dumb and just so bad. Can see they wanted Broddick to play into the climax, but could have just had him escape the tunnels and everyone saves face for it.Ā I enjoyed some of what they had here, and could have done so much better if they would have tightened things up and sped things up, and brainstormed the Broddick side of things up.
I really liked the CGI for the snakes. Particularly when they were alone. The python looked really good, but the Boa looked beautiful. Nice shade of red, and with the camera and equipment on her head, made it look like a visor, and I know it sounds weird that I am fixing in on that, but having seen all these snake movies. It gave this Boa something special and added to her look. A big example for this was when she was staring down Eve when she was holding one of her eggs.
Cast wise was fine. No one really stood out, but don’t want to blame them for that. David Hewlett and Jaime Bergman had a lot of chemistry together. Him being more of a loner to her outgoing fun character playing well off one another. Angel Boris Reed owned every scene Eve was in, and Adamo Palladino did fine as Broddick, but the character was just so boring. Atanas Srebrev created a mysterious character in Foley. Thinking something fun was going to happen with him, but nothing ever did. It all just seemed like a missed opportunity.
So, it comes down to one question, would I suggest Boa Vs. Python; unfortunately, I can’t say I would. Boa and Python were much better movies, and many others are more enjoyable. While this one is alright and there are some fun moments to be had here. Just does not do nearly enough to make this something I could ever suggest to anyone, no matter how much they are into the genre.
And that is all I got. Hope you enjoyed and as always…
Thank you for reading.
Friday Roundabout 1-24-2020

By: Justin Hopkins
Hello and welcome to this weeks Roundabout. As you know, we take various stories that have happened and give our two cents, and this week we have quite a few, so let’s jump right in and get started, and no better place than what seems to be the never ending story of the Spawn Reboot.
It seems like has been cropping up a few months for years at this point. Some movement on a new Spawn movie, or will it be a reboot of the show. Or is it both. Or is it two movies. Will it be PG-13, no It’ll be hard R rated. These are just a few rumors that I remember seeing at some point. Now, we have the creator, Todd McFarlane, saying that Big News is incoming about the reboot, and I have no faith that this is going to go anywhere. At this point, as much as I would love to see a return from Spawn. I have very little reason to buy anymore of the speculation about it. Until something concreteĀ happens. Just going to take whatever he has to say with a grain of salt. Sad, but just to much disappointment to get my hopes tied up in rumors.
Going from there to JJ Abrams Bad Robot company developing The Justice League Dark Universe in the form of TV and Movies. This is rather exciting news. I love the Arrowverse and the D.C Movies are improving with every new film, but something like a Dark Universe can really open up the world to some great characters. Zatanna and and her Father Zatara. Etrigan The Demon, Deadman and so, so many more. Can bring back Enchantress and give her another shot, and of course, John Constantine. Would love to see them use Matt Ryan. A rarity for them, but he has been breaking the barriers, by not only playing the character in his show, than the Arrowverse, and even voiced him multiple times for their animated stuff. Sure he would love to make the jump to a live action and would bring his fanbase along with him. Hoping for good things coming from this.
Staying in the land of D.C. Karen Gillan has recently come out saying that she would love to star and direct a Batgirl movie. That’s a rather tall task, but would be fun to see what she can bring to the table. We have seen the character in the animated movies and shows, but if memory serves correct, haven’t seen the character live, since Batman and Robin. She does a great job as Nebula and has the look to pull of Barbara Gordon. I am not going to get my hopes to high. D.C has always been strange in their casting choices, but Karen Gillan should be high up on their list.
Jumping from there, to Video Game rumors. Read that Konami has been working on not only one, but two Silent Hill Games. One being a soft reboot. The other more decision making such as Until Dawn. I have aĀ love hate relationship with the Silent Hill games. I love the first two, but the puzzles have made me want to lay down and die.Ā That said, would be thrilled to have either. More so, the reboot. Not quite sure how an Until Dawn style Silent Hill would play out. The source of the rumor, AestheticGamer, has a bit of a track record for being on par as far as rumors go. After the Silent Hills P.T. debacle though. Going to keep my fingers crossed that he got this one right too.
We had a few trailers drop, that I refuse to watch. Remember, stop after the first. Do not encourage their spoiler filled behavior. #NoMoreSpoilersInTrailers
Today marked the end of the end of the 16 year career of New York Giant Quarterback Eli Manning. For gave it his all, and always held himself to a higher level. Walking away as a Two Time Super Bowl MVP. Besting a team that seemed destined for perfection alongĀ the way. To me, there is no question he should be a first ballot hall of famer, and wish him the best of luck in whatever he does next.
In much more upsetting news, we once again have some deaths to talk about. Three unfortunately. Singer/Songwriter David Olney, Dragon Ball narrator and voice of Captain Ginyu Brice Armstrong, and Comedy Legend and one of the minds behind Monty Python Terry Jones. Brice Armstrong hit me a little harder. A Dragon Ball Fan since I was a kid. How exciting it was hearing him kick off the show. Than you have the way David Olney went, dying on stage, with a guitar in his hands. Never want to see someone go, but have to feel, in some way. He went out doing what he loved, and had to meant something to him.Ā Our thoughts and positive energy goes out to the families of these three legends.
Ending on a more positive note. Untitled Goose Game, is in the running to have a potential Lego set made, and I am pulling hard for them to pull it out. Not a huge lego guy, but would throw my money at them for this set. The Goose exploded onto the scene last year, and thrilled to see them get this far. Cheering them on.
And I’ll leave it at that. I hope you enjoyed, and as always…
Thank you for reading.
6 Underground Review
By Paul Anthony
Netflix is no doubt is becoming bigger and bigger and with that being said, they are recruiting big time people in the game but they also are starting to recruit big time directors. Michael bay is one of those directors. Here we have a big budget film which the budget is around 150 million and the film was lead by Ryan Reynolds and even have Dave Franco in the film as well though his character doesn’t survive long, sadly he is the first member to get killed and that is pretty much it for him with this film.
Now the plot is basic which you can understand for a Michael bay film, basically you have people who have fallen off the face of the earth or ” die” and become “ghosts” as they call themselves and they go off and fight crimes to make the world a better place. The group is led by Ryan who goes by the name of one, which is the rule of the group. they don’t know anyone’s real name they just go by numbers which means they don’t have ties to each other and that means less emotions when someone dies. Though that aspect goes out the door because 4 teammates start to date each other which One finds out later. In short the group loses just one member which One recruits another member and he becomes number 7. they train for what will be their first true mission and in the end they succeed and part of the rules are when the mission is over they part ways until they are needed again and so they do.
Now like I said this a bay film so it had no real story but his bread and butter is the action. Now with that being said and with the budget the action scenes were a big step in the right direction for Netflix. I know they operate a little different because I often think how would this film do making money if it was release in theaters. Well From a 150 million dollar budget and the time it was actually released and most of the reviews I would say you would be looking at around 500 million dollar movie which would make it some what of a successful film. Now the question becomes how would I rate this film? With everything I just said I do think it wasn’t a bad film. The story doesn’t make you over think about the plot and it’s simple and the action was there enough to overcome everything else. In the end I am giving it 70 percent. It was average film in my eyes, now am I curious for a sequel, yes I am but we shall!
Box Office Rundown 1/21/20

By Paul Anthony
Welcome to a new week and oh wow what a weekend it was, we had Bad Boys for life and Dolittle going head to head. Many people figured this would be a battle to start the year off both films are big budget films and had star power to go with it but what we ended up getting a no contest. Bad Boys for life took the number 1 spot by a landslide and for Dolittle it failed to come even close to Bad Boys. In fact Dolittle came in third behind the war movie 1917 which took the second spot and Dolittle took the third spot and with a budget of 175 million, this film has become the first big bomb of the year. For the winner this blog I am giving it to Bad Boys because it just crushed anyone and the losers for this week was Dolittle and Under Water. Dolittle because it is becoming a flop and Under water because it fell from 7th to 11th an no longer in the top ten.
1.Bad Boys For Life, 62.150 million
2. 1917, 22 million
3. Dolittle, 21.950 million
4. Jumanji: The Next level, 9.680 million
5. Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker, 8.302 million
6. Little Women, 6.350 million
7. Just Mercy, 5.770 million
8. Knives Out, 4.323 million
9. Like a Boss, 4.35 million
10. Frozen 2, 3.918 million.
Now here are the prediction for how next week’s top ten should or could look like.
- Bad Boys For Life
- The Gentlemen
- The Turning
- Dolittle
- Just Mercy
- Jumanji: The Next Level
- Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker
- Little Women
- Like a Boss
- Knives Out
Jacob’s Ladder (2019) Movie Review

By: Justin Hopkins
**SPOILER WARNING**
Ā Ā A Co-worker lent me the original and while I enjoyed it. Thought it would make a great remake. A great story, with psychologically disturbing element to it. Just knew if they came at it from a different approach, they could do something special. When I heard about that one was indeed being made, was excited, but as quickly as I heard, it kind of vanished. Read it was coming to theaters, but it turned out to select theaters and kind of slipped by me for a bit. Now, here we are. A little late to the party, but that is okay. The only question, is was it worth the wait? So, lets travel the ladder, and breakdown Jacob’s Ladder.
The movie starts out with a soldier, being triggered into a flashback, by the sound of a can crushing under his foot. Can became a bomb, and helicopters and flashing lights. All stopping when he took a drug. Only, to have what appeared to be choked out from behind in one moment, and overdosing the next. Two people dragging his body away after he died. We jump to a military base, where Jacob is talking. Feeling is slightly uneasy. He goes to make a call home, and find out he is going to be a Father, when he has to leave, cause a wounded soldier is brought in. Turning out to be his brother, and as the sound of a flatline comes in. We see Jacob in a surgery room, in a hospital. Lost a person and the sound triggered the previous flashback. We see he has a happy life, with his Wife Samantha and son Gabriel. Except, he is having nightmares of a firefight. After he arrives at the hospital, another Soldier has an Overdose, and like the first. He too, is taking the drug. On his way to the therapist, he runs into a homeless Vet, who claims that his Brother Isaac is not only alive, but in the city and is in danger. He doesn’t believe it, nor does his therapist. On the subway he experiences his first hallucination, and when he gets home. Is attacked by two men. One of which is horribly mutilated. He tried to take the second to the police station, but he is not in the trunk. Except the same vet is there, and this time, Jacob takes him seriously. Is going to take him to Isaac, and starts to explain what H.D.A is. A drug that targets traumatic memories in those with P.T.S.D. Except, it makes them crazy, and people are hunting them down. Before he can get finish. Is pushed in front of a train. When no one believes him. Jacob takes it on himself to investigate and after a few jumpscares. He finds Isaac, except the paranoia and as the line between truth and fantasy gets even wider. We find that nothing we have seen is how it is supposed to be and I will leave it there.
(I am putting this here as a secondary warning. If you are planning on watching this movie and checking this out first to see what others think. Would suggest not going further cause I am going to talk about the twist and can ruin the experience of watching it unfold.)
This movie.. tries to pull off a wild swerve, and I didn’t see it coming till the big reveal. Which is that Jacob was the lost brother, on The Ladder all this time, and Isaac was the V.A.Doctor the whole time and The Ladder not only was wiping out the traumatic memory, but making him believe that he was his brother the whole time. Now, I think it was creative, but the process of achievement was very sloppy. There wasn’t a gradual change in the characters, but a rough and rugged one, Samantha especially, cause she was coming off more unlikeable the more we saw her. They really could have used a bit more time to show a natural shift of Samantha and Jacob being the coupe to Samantha and Isaac, but that was not the only problem. An even bigger one, was what Jacob did immediately after, by going to the red head we saw earlier.
She turned out to be a dealer of sorts, working with Hoffman. This scene felt so tact on, because they wanted to bring in more from the original Jacob’s Ladder with her demonic angel wings. The problem is that they were telling a completely different story and it no longer fit the narrative. Would have been better to skip the scene all together and go to Hoffman, or the very least, show her with the wings earlier, and not have them here.
Now, this movie wasn’t all negative. There were some good things as well, and thing I loved was the message that this was telling. They really got the Flashback scene at the beginning of the movie right. The smallest surprise of a loud sound is all it takes to trigger a flashback. Showing how many soldiers suffer from PTSD. The lengths some will go to make the memories stop and how susceptible they are to people like Hoffman. Who is using them like lab rats. A pretty powerful message to have.
Acting wise, you have Michael Ealy playing Jacob and Jesse Williams playing Isaac. I did enjoy their chemistry when they were together. About to building up the brotherly bond between the two. Each had difficult roles, because they had to pretty much switch on the fly. While they pulled it off, Nicole Beharie didn’t. Don’t want to point the finger at her. Maybe if she had more time, would work better, or might be better if I watched it again, but first opinion; she wasn’t that good. Lastly, I did enjoy Guy Burnet’s Hoffman. He seemed like a throw away character till the end, but I did enjoy his speech at the end. As twisted as it was, legitimately believed that he was the only one doing anything for the vets.
Would I suggest this movie to someone? A question that has been floating back and forth since the movie ended, and even all the way through this blog. I enjoyed some of the acting and I liked the message with the P.T.S.D. In a way, it did keep the spirit of Jacob’s Ladder, but only as far as the drug is concerned. The demons were more tacked on to appease the fans of the original and used as nothing more than a jump scare than anything. And the swerve, while creative, wasn’t executed well and I am sure there are better movies that tackle the P.T.S.D. side of things. With that said, I would suggest checking it out. It’s not a movie for everyone, you can have a bit of fun with it, and I did enjoy watching it. And that is all I got. I hope you enjoyed and as always…
Thank you for reading.
Saturday Sequel Presents Benchwarmers 2: Breaking Balls
By Paul Anthony
I have to admit I never thought the first film ever truly made money but I was wrong. The benchwarmers was a film that came out way back in 2006 and had a budget of 33 million and made 65 million so a 32 million dollar profit. The movie was comedy of course but had a good plot with just certain things being way over the top which you can expect when you have film that stars Rob Schneider, David Spade, Jon Lovitz. Not to mention the film was made by Happy Madison which Adam Sandler production company. Now when I first saw this movie it wasn’t in 2006, maybe 6 or so years later I actually got to watch and I thought it was pretty decent for what they wanted to do. I never researched if there was ever going to be a sequel or anything like that but then one day a few weeks ago one film caught my eye on Netflix titled benchwarmers 2: Breaking Balls. Yes the sequel is a direct to DVD film and the title makes you think this film going to be true garbage but in this case I thought this film was better then the first one despite the title. First only person who is back from the first film was Jon Lovitz reprising his role as Mel but even then his character wasn’t that much over the top with his billions of dollars. In this film the new lead is played by Chris Klein.
The Plot follows ben whos is played by Chris Klein, who was once a up and coming star in the minor leagues of baseball but one game gets his balls crushed when he gets struck by a baseball, it ruined his career and family. years later he works as a landscaper, his wife left him and took their son who sees of course. It is revealed that he became a lawyer through online classes though most good companies don’t approve of that, he gets a job with one of the best companies in the city but the trick is which he learns when he gets there is that his boss only hired him to play on the softball team which Ben no longer wants to play baseball, so he quits and continues to search for a job until he comes across Mel’s firm who wants him both as a lawyer and a manager as of his firm softball team. At the firm he sees a intern that is determine to save her little town from becoming a sewage plant which in the long run they do win the case. However the Firm’s softball team is a joke until ben coaches them and make them believe in themselves and they start winning games and make it to the championship against the defending champs which just happen to be Ben’s old employers of course the benchwarmers win but with some over the top stunts and fights and the film ends on a happy note.
Besides some minor over the top scenes that does nothing for the movie I thought this film was pretty good. Now the comedy wasn’t there though it was a comedy because of the over the top scenes but it never made me laugh instead this felt like a truly a film on a low level about underdogs, the film went away from using kids but that was okay. The acting was average nothing stood out too much in a bad way. Plot was basic and predictable but that is okay as well. In the end I am giving this film a C plus or 70 percent. It’s not the best but not the worse either and better then the first I thought so at least.
Friday Roundabout 1/17/20

By Paul Anthony
Welcome back to another edition of our Roundabout, let’s not waste anytime shall we! Early this morning the rap Legend Eminem dropped another surprise album just like he did back in 2018Ā when he released Kamikaze now he released Music To Be Murdered By where he continues his attack on the world that said he was washed up and threw some bars at people that attempted to diss him for his previous album insults. This is the rap legend 11th studio album and 2020 also marks his 21st year in the rap game, how crazy is it that he still going strong congrats!
Here is some sad news we learn this week and if you are an wrestling fan then you know the name. This pass week Rocky Johnson passed away. Now many of the younger fans will know him as The Rock’s father but he in his own right was his own person and made a name for himself, he got into a business and broke color barriers and paved the way for his son and many others as well and for the family here at Smash we are sorry for your loss.
Wendy Williams from The WendyĀ Williams Show in under fire for making a comment regarding Oscar winning Actor Joaquin Phoenix’s cleft, she basically said he look sexy in a weird way or something in that order, I am not fan of her show nor do I ever watch but I will say this much, these comments don’t make her a bad person or anything like that. I don’t believe she deserves to get any backlash for but social media took it upon themselves to take it an extra step. Now She did have to apologize for it but still she wasn’t mocking him or anything like that, let’s grow up people.
Will Smith has been a busy man in the passed year or so. We got Bad Boys three opening this week which has to be the final film of the series but he did say something that caught my attention. He admitted that during the promotional tours he sometimes has to pretend to like his movies though I don’t believe he admitted which films he didn’t like. Will has a long career in film but he has had plenty of misses. Does this really shock you that some people have to do this? I mean there are just as many of bad films as there good films in one’s career, they can’t like every single film they star in.
Justin hates Tom Cruise but I am pretty sure he likes Jack Reacher, well good news is Reacher will be coming back but not in a film form instead he will be coming to Amazon Prime and this makes me pumped because here is why the show Jack Ryan has been a hit for Amazon so why not bring in another fan favorite character. Jack Ryan has been in a number of films but never could gain steam so let’s see if magic can strike again!
Sony release the trailer for their film Morbius, which stars Jared Leto as the main character. Sony struck gold with Spider-Man films from Disney and Venom was sleeper hit with that being said Sony really wants to build their villains up and let’s see if this film can be any good!
Okay let’s wrap this up with some humor here and there is a man who is deaf is now suing Porn Hub for not having closed captioning on their porn. Of all the things to sue for and to go public with it has to be funny. I have to wonder what closed captioning would look like with porn, I am guessing a lot single words and letters!
